Girl Was Raped, Sliced Up And Dumped In Cat Litter By Man While Mom Watches

Motherhood would naturally mean that mothers would treasure and love their children; at least, most do. This is considered the norm. One woman has decided not to intervene while her supposed boyfriend rapes her teenage daughter at the tender age of 14.

The man then proceeded to murder her before slicing her body up into vast chunks. He is identified as Jacob Sullivan, who raped teenager Grace Packer in a private property located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania while mom Sara Packer stands watch.

When they both discovered that Grace was still alive, Jacob strangled her in a bid to leave no witnesses. After 4 months, her body was left to rot and dismembered in the attic, in the same location.

Jacob Sullivan was brought into custody for 3 offenses: kidnap, rape and murder. Grace’s mother, Sara Packer was charged with homicide due to her involvement. The worst part? It was all planned – the adoption of Grace, her rape and murder were carefully thought out by both parties.

In a statement, Bucks County District Attorney Matthew D. Weintraub noted that Grace was victimized due to a “sick” sexual fantasy shared between Jacob and Sara that involved another to be raped and murdered.

Grace was driven by Sara and Jacob from Abington to Quakertown on July 8, where Jacob Sullivan proceeded to brutally rape her, fed her various pills and then leave her to suffocate amidst the heat in the warm attic. When Jacob discovered that Grace was not dead, he grabbed her neck to strangle her till she did.

With Sara’s help, they buried her remains in cat litter. In October before Halloween, they returned to the attic to saw her body up. The victim’s remains were stumbled upon by 2 hunters on 31 October, 2 hours north of Philadelphia. Jacob admitted to authorities that he was involved in Grace’s murder after they stopped him from committing suicide while hospitalized.

On the other hand, Sara Packer was found to be continuously collecting payouts due to Grace’s social security insurance policy, pocketing $712 every month. Both Jacob and Sara had kept mum about Grace’s death, holding up the pretense that she was still alive in order to generate the cash payouts.

Sara lied to police officers that Grace had ran away from home, filing a fake police search warrant for her supposedly “missing” daughter.

The greatest betrayal and breech of trust is perhaps, between Grace and Sara itself.
