Her son died in 2013. Three years later, a little girl asks her to push the tummy of a teddy bear.

The American mother, Heather Clark is nervous as she stands with a stethoscope in front of 4-year-old Jordan Drake. Three years ago, Heather lost her 7-month-old son Lukas. She's still recovering from the loss of her son, but this little girl has a special gift to give her. Heather can't help but cry as Jordan lifts her shirt and Heather listens to the sound of the little girl's heartbeat:

Jordan's heartbeat is also Lukas' heartbeat. After her son's death, Heather donated his organs and was able to save the lives of three children. One of these children was Jordan who was born with a heart defect. Heather can't believe that her little boy's heart is beating on three years later. Just before the pair part ways, Jordan offers Heather the sweetest gift she could give: a teddy bear with a recording of Lukas' heartbeat inside. I'm sure Heather will never forget this touching moment.
