Aleira Avendaño from Venezuela is on a mission to have the world’s smallest waist by wearing a corset 23 hours a day. She has slimmed down her waist to only 20 inches and plans to reduce it further. She has been warned by doctors that it’s a risk to her health, but despite the warnings she’s determined to get a body she has always dreamed of.
