She was humiliated in the dressing room, but then she took this photo. Bravo!

24-year-old Jessica Portelli from Brighton, England is getting ready for bikini season. She was trying on different swimsuits in the British store Matalan when a woman in the dressing room looked her up and down and said, "Girls like you shouldn't wear bikinis." But really, her insult backfired, because Jessica took a selfie and posted this on Facebook:

"I don't usually post such pictures of myself on Facebook, however what happened today should be shared to raise some awareness.
The girl at the store today said that "girls like me" shouldn't wear a bikini! Well girl, let me tell you something, I'm happy with myself and my biiiigggg tummy with tiger stripes, but you could have said the same thing to the girl who finally got out there and had the courage to wear a bikini and you just killed her confidence with one stupid comment. You can be any size and look good! Confidence is what makes you sexy and not just being a size 6!
Thank you for fat shaming me, thanks to you I got an awesome discount on my bikini
Much love,
#‎Fat‬‪#‎confident, girl !

Touché! The insult just rolled off of Jessica. She wears a size 18-20 bikini and is proud of her shape. Her post gathered a lot of support and was shared more than 1,300 times. And the deal got even sweeter, the store gave her a discount on her bikini to make up for the rude comment!
