Apple cider vinegar and baking soda
Mix these two ingredients until you get a consistency like toothpaste. Apply it on your toothbrush and scrub away. Don’t do it too regularly because soda is acidic and can wear out the tooth enamel if you do it more than 1-2 a week.
Add a pinch of table salt on your toothpaste before brushing teeth. Doing this every day really helps whiten your teeth.
Strawberries and baking soda
Crush the strawberries and mix them with a teaspoon of baking soda. Dab your toothbrush into the mixture and brush your teeth with it. You should not do this more than once or twice a week.
