Morning detoxifying drink:
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  •  a half of freshly squeezed lemon juice,
  • a handful corn flakes,
  • 2 tablespoons sugar,
  •  50ml of milk.
Put all ingredients, except the corn flakes, in a blender and mix briefly at high speed in order the drink to become slightly creamy.
Pour the creamy drink into a glass and garnish it with corn flakes.
