1. Banana Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 orange
2 tbsp crushed almonds
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 fresh or dried figs
1/3 cup water


2. Raspberry Apple

1 cup raspberries
1 apple (peeled if not organic)
1 banana
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp ground flax seeds

3. Kiwi Banana
Ingredients:
2 kiwi fruits
1 banana
1/2 apple
1 orange
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp ground hazelnuts

4. Spinach Flax
Ingredients
½ cup kefir (sweetened with honey or maple syrup to taste if desired)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon peanut or other nut butter
2 cups spinach
1 banana, frozen
3 strawberries
1 teaspoon flaxseed
