Craving for pasta anyone? Then check out this recipe. The show-shopper: you only need one pan. It's so simple and tastes sublime!
What you need:
- 4 diced Garlic cloves
- 500 ml Stock (Vegetable or chicken)
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 250 g long Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, Fettuccini)
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- Salt, Pepper, Oil, Parsley
And here's how:
First simmer the garlic in the pan with oil.
When it starts looking a little glassy, add the stock and milk.
And then the butter.
The pasta now gets added raw. Then a little salt and pepper ...
... and now allow it all to cook.
As soon as it comes to the boil, you can reduce the heat. Give it a good stir and then cover with a lid.
Give it a good stir every 5 minutes so that the pasta doesn't stick together.
As soon as the pasta is al dente and the liquid is almost gone (ca. 15-20 Min.), add the parmesan.
To finish, just add the parsley and give everything one last stir. Serve while it's still hot.
Enjoy!
